The Bea is the star potato of Roussillon. A potato variety well known throughout the department of Pyrénées orientales under the AOP Bea du Roussillon.

This yellow-skinned potato is eaten en primeur. Its deep taste of melting hazelnut in the mouth will awaken your taste buds!
