Spunta
Spunta is one of the most cultivated potato varieties thanks to its excellent yield. Star variety for export especially on the countries of North Africa and the Gulf countries. This variety is distinguished by the little water it needs to grow. Versatile in the kitchen, it adapts to all uses.

Tuber: Oblong elongated, regular, very superficial eyes, yellow skin, yellow flesh
Flower: White, partially pigmented flower bud
Germ: Purple, conical, medium hair
Plant: High waist, erect habit, rameux type.
Stem: Weakly pigmented internodes, non-pigmented nodes, with developed, straight and wavy wings.
